Episode 1 - The Second Wave
A new force of aliens arrive on Earth. These are more deadly than the previous ones can assume human form without needing to remain in areas of high radiation.
They clone Ironhorse who kills Norton and then commits suicide. Harrison and Suzanne team up with John Kincaid and the war continues.

Episode 2 - No Direction Home
The team set up a new underground bunker. Meanwhile the aliens clone Father Tim, whom they return to his mission where he cares for vagrants. The team investigate when things at the mission go wrong.
